In any given population individuals will gain muscle, lose fat and improve performance at different rates. In order for us to accurately understand what will work for most people, in most situations, most of the time, we toil incessantly to combine our knowledge of sports science with the meticulous analysis of our clients’ progress metrics.

While there is no conclusive way to determine the ‘best’ approach to fitness and nutrition, we utilize science to enhance our understanding of the ways in which different training methods and nutritional strategies affect body composition. But that’s just the beginning.
SCIENTISTS DEAL WITH NUMBERS, WE DEAL WITH PEOPLE

We believe in the role of published research. It is our lifeline to understanding, and the basis off of which we have constructed our training philosophies. The literature gives us the means through which we are able to establish a starting point for our clients in terms of optimal training and nutrition protocols.
But science alone is not enough. We place equal emphasis on the coaching process itself because it is not science that advances man. It is man that advances science.
Think of us as having two identities:
Jacked and tan bodybuilder bros wearing stringer tank tops bearing bicep peaks and nipples by day and nerdy lab coat wearing scientist by night.
Contrary to popular belief, science and practical experience are a complementary pair – they cannot be separated and are not mutually exclusive.

PURE EMPIRICISM WITHOUT THE PEDANTIC THEORIZING

We created this online platform to test out our hypotheses and conjectures so that you could make the best gains of your life without the doubt and uncertainty.
But our conjectures don’t matter. Your results do. Science merely gives us a starting point. Coaching helps us to understand where you fit in the bell curve and how to help you maximize your results.

WHAT OTHERS THINK

Dr. Bojan’s programs are as effective as they are hardcore. Since I started training with Bojan, my results have by far exceeded my expectations, even to the extent that last year, I managed to place in the top 6 in two consecutive non-tested bodybuilding shows, despite being an all time drug free bodybuilder, something I never thought would be possible. I strongly reccomend the online training service to anyone interested in aesthetic perfection, but only if you are prepared to work very hard. Bojan will make sure you do.
