I didn’t fail because I “wasn’t trying hard enough”.
I failed because my plan wasn’t optimized for my body.

So what makes our fat loss program different?
In a word, intensity.
In order to force your body to burn up its fat stores you’re going to have to dial up the training intensity to 11.
To accomplish this we made us of the following training techniques:
Sets comprising of 2-3 different exercises performed back to back with minal rest until all prescribed reps are completed.
Series of 6 or more exercises performed back to back with no rest until all of the prescribed reps are completed.
(as many reps as possible sets) – sets that require the trainee to complete as many reps as possible until complete exhaustion kicks in.
(Every minute on the minute) – a training technique that requires the trainee to perform a prescribed number of reps for 1-2 exercises every minute for anywhere between 5 and 10 minutes.
(escalating density training) – a training technique that requires the trainee to perform a prescribed number of reps for 2-4 exercises with as little rest as possible for 10-15 minutes. The goal is to increase the total number of reps completed every training session.
You will have guessed by now that this is not your typical training program where sets, reps, and rest periods are prioritized.
In this program, your goals will be to increase your training load AND total number of reps each and every session so that caloric expenditure can be maximized.
Because the more work you are able to fit into your training session, the leaner, stronger, and fitter you’re going to be by the end of your 12 week Odyssey.
