Trust me, I know all about the frustration that comes with perpetual failure. It took me years to figure out how to build muscle the right way.

In my unflattering before picture I weighed in at a hulking 143 lbs soaking wet, and this was AFTER I’d spent 3 years trying my best to become Arnold’s stunt double.

The problem wasn’t that I wasn’t working hard.

I was busting my ass 6 days a week wondering why I just couldn’t build the muscle that the fitness magazines were promising me I could build.

I tried the 5 x 5 Texas method
I tried Mike Mentzer’s Heavy Duty training
I tried German Volume Training
I tried Reverse Pyramid Training
I tried the 5/3/1 method
I tried massing supplements
I tried eating 8 times a day

And you know what?
Nothing worked.

The programs I tried weren’t working for me because they weren’t created with MY goals and MY body type in mind.

You’re not failing to achieve your goals because you’re “lazy”.

You’re just not following a plan that takes your needs, goals, and personal preferences into account.

And that’s why my team and I worked together to design a 12 week training program specifically designed to help you make the best gains of your life.

The truth is that building a powerful body will require you to train specifically for muscle growth, and that will require 1 thing: VOLUME.

And while there is definitely a place for heavy lifting, the scientific literature is crystal clear: weekly tonnage is the primary driver of muscle growth.

What does this mean exactly?

It means that we have built a program that not only utilities the most powerful muscle building techniques on the planet, but that will increase your workload week to week so as to maximize your muscular development.

So what makes our fat loss program different?

In a word, variety.

While most “muscle building” programs on the internet prescribe outdated training protocols, your Strong & Fit program has been engineered to turbocharge your muscle building engines through the use of what we like to refer to as Intensifier techniques.

Supersets

sets where 2-3 exercises are done back to back for the same body part with little to no rest between them. This serves to load up the muscle fibers in a way that prevents too much weight to be used, thus providing a powerful muscle building stimulus without the risk of injury.

Drop sets

Sets where the trainee continues performing the same exercise once the point of muscular failure is reached by lowering the weight. This may continue for 2-3 “drops” in weight. This intensifier is a great way to drive muscle growth in smaller muscle groups such as the biceps and triceps as they recover quite quickly between training sessions.

Century sets

Plainly put, these are sets of 100 reps that must be completed within a specified time frame. The volume will make it impossible to max out the training load and will build up enough volume to fatigue and break down the muscle.

Cluster sets

5 sets of 10 reps done back to back with 5-10 seconds rest between. Typically done towards the end of a workout, these another high intensity technique specifically designed to force the muscles to work longer and harder than straight sets.

You will have guessed by now that this is not your typical generic “muscle building” program.
